Navistar / International West Coast Mirrors
OEM replacement mirror fits International S-Series and other trucks. The 7” x 16” aluminum housing is available in heated and non-heated versions. The non-heated version fits left or right side of the vehicle while the heated version is a different part number for either left or right side. A loop and bracket assembly is also included to replace existing OE mounting.

K-10 Eyeball mirrors and blind spot bracket
K-10 Convex and Eyeball®Convex mirrors provide outstanding views of troublesome and dangerous blind spots around the vehicle. 10”, 8.5” or 6” diameter mirrors in SS powder coat steel and ABS plastic with both standard and Eyeball convex mirrors. The mirrors can be used as a supplement to West Coast mirrors, side blind spots or front and rear cross view applications. A heavy duty outer gasket protects mirrors from edge shock and allows mirror lens to be easily replaced.

HHR Spotter stick-on convex mirror
HHR spotter mirror reduces blind spots on GM HHR. It mounts directly to the OE side mirrors (other applications include van, pickup and SUV mirrors). When the spotter mirror is properly installed, the lower portion of the flat glass is open for passing lane viewing. The size is approximately 2.5” x 3.25” with 7.3 sq. in. viewing area and 8.5” radius of curvature.

2020 wide body mirrors with cameras
Velvac has added the exclusive pre-positioned lower camera option to the 2020 mirror providing even greater coverage of the blind spot areas around the vehicle. These mirrors are available with either a black and white CCD camera or the featured CMOS color camera for even greater clarity and object definition. Systems can be designed to integrate with back-up cameras for complete vehicle blind spot coverage.

2020XG van and pick-up wide body mirror systems
A combination of styling, quality and performance make the 2020XG the new benchmark for wide body mirror systems. The fully integrated arm, base and mirror head not only look great, but work together as a system to reduce vibration, and provide large, clear views of the blind spots and passing lanes around the vehicle. Model 2020SS door/fender mirrors for shuttle bus

K-10 safety and observation mirrors
K-10 Hemisphere mirrors provide a bright distortion-free view of an entire area, allowing in-plant vehicles and/or
personnel to move safely through the facility. The conveniently flush mounted to the wall at eye-level,
the K-10 Wall-Eye mirror, provides more than 180 degree of enhanced visibility, enabling persons entering hallways
and corridors to move safely through them. The K-10 convex observation mirrors provide observation and monitoring where employees and equipment cross paths. And a K-10 lift truck mirror reduces truck operator blind spots.

Cameras and monitors
Velvac offers a variety of rear vision system cameras including our exclusive flush mount back-up camera as well as adjustable block style and fixed mount cameras. Velvac’s color 5.6” and 7” LCD monitors are designed for heavy duty and commercial truck applications-built and tested to withstand extreme road conditions such as vibrations, electrostatic discharge, and humidity and temperature changes and to deliver high quality images to the driver. Velvac has assembled several standard kits for ordering convenience- single part number ordering.

Over 20 new gladhands, grips and seals
Velvac now has available a premium powder coated gladhand in service and emergency color coding. The powder coated aluminum improves corrosion resistance. New shutoff gladhands with lightweight die cast aluminum bodies have color-coded clamp plates for easy identification. New pivoting gladhands are also available. New Energy Suspension® seals could be the last seal you buy! New gladhand seals with built-in screens trap harmful contaminates before they can cause an air brake system failure.

Rubber air line hose and air brake hose repair kit
New rubber air line hoses for tractor to trailer assemblies are available in 10’ through 20’ lengths. Air brake hose repair fitting kits are available for easy repair of 3/8” rubber air brake hoses. One package contains two fittings and one hex installation tool, all in a clamshell for retail display. One package will repair two 3/8” rubber air brake hoses.

20’ coiled air lines and cab blower
New 20’ coiled nylon tubing assembly kits are available with 12” leads on both ends. Assemblies meet SAE J844 and FMVSS 106 Requirements. The new cab blower kit is designed for truck cab or low pressure shop use. The air hose is rated at 200psi maximum. The kit includes hose, economy air nozzle, and tire inflation.

Shear-Seal® height control valves
In the past industry expectations for commercial vehicles air suspension height control valves were limited. Designs were based on seals that wore rapidly, requiring frequent replacement. As the seals failed, height control performance deteriorated and air consumption increased. Shear –Seal provides breakthrough improvements in durability and performance. Zero lead technology reduces downtime and costly air loss. These valves are actual OEM valves used in production.

Compact four-way air control valves
The Four-Way Push/Pull Compact Design Valve fits today’s small dash board designs. The pneumatic valve is designed to control the operations of a typical air cylinder. The design includes aluminum body and end caps with a 40 micron filtration.

20’ Straight ABS electrical
New 20’seven-way ABS coiled cable assemblies include heavy gauge wire commonly used to power trailer and dolly ABS.
The durable green outer jacket resists abrasion, provides excellent coil retentions and offers quick identification of ABS lines. One new cable has two 12” leads and one new cable has on 12” lead and one 40” lead.

Battery cables including 800 amp booster cable
These heavy duty battery cables are rated at 800 amps and are designed to handle jump starting heavy duty equipment.
The solid copper parrot clamps are for increased conductivity while the braided copper wire remains flexible even
in subzero temperatures. The cable comes in a strong plastic storage container to protect the cables from damage
when not in use.

Protective battery washers
Protective battery washers seal out acid fumes protecting terminals from corrosion.
They are packaged in convenient plastic screw top jars. Washers are available in both red and black.

Heatless butt connectors
A heat-less, solder-less terminal utilizing a revolutionary anaerobic sealing technology requires NO HEAT.
Simply strip the wire and crimp, activating the sealant that reacts when the copper wire is inserted into
the connector to create an environmentally sealed connection. It easily installs in a fraction of the time
of comparable heat seal connectors. It prevents the ingress of moisture and air that can result in corrosion.
It reduces overall installation costs by eliminating the need for torches or heat guns, reducing the installation
time and improving productivity.

Silicon Self-fusing tape
The silicon self-fusing tape self fuses and cures in 24 hours to form a permanent moisture tight seal.
It has no adhesive lining leaving the application clean with no sticky residue. It provides a high tech
alternative to heat shrink tubing. It is ideal for high temperature applications, such as battery terminals.
The temperature range is from -85 to +500F.

Replacement tracker bar kits
Tracker bar tender kits are designed to hold air lines and electrical cables to prevent kinks and abrasions
during normal highway use. The 16” or 20” spring is plated for added corrosion resistance and double
looped ends for additional strength. The Velvac woven mesh jacket protects the spring from the elements while
giving a clean look.

King pin lock
The King pin lock helps to deter UNWANTED trailer hook-ups. It is made of durable cast iron which
enhances protection against theft, breakage and damage. The heavy duty zinc plated lock set helps
deter rusting and extends service life.

Tarp straps and emergency triangle kits
New tarp straps are made of molded rubber for ozone resistance and stretch resiliency. They are designed
to tarp covers on trucks and trailers. The hooks are crimped to prevent hook disconnection.
An emergency triangle kit contains three triangles stored in a compact plastic box. The triangles are
made of reflective plastic for day or night use.

Wiper blades
A wide variety of OE wiper blades are available for a variety of applications. The Universal Blade
is an all makes heavy duty wiper blade replacing the Anco 31 Series blade. A High Curve Blade is a heavy
duty blade used for highly curved windshields. A Heavy Duty Flex Blade is designed for heavy duty arms that
have less than 48 oz. of load. Universal Winter Heavy Duty Blades have heavy duty steel construction surrounded
by a rubber boot to minimize the accumulation of snow and ice on the wiper blades. The Premium Universal Wiper
Blades are all makes PREMIUM heavy duty wiper blades that replace Anco 91 Series heavy duty blades. Heavy Duty
Flat Blades are used in flat windshield applications. They are typically used on heavy duty trucks, school buses,
step vans and RV’s. Winter Heavy Duty Narrow Blades are heavy duty steel frame, for narrow arms. They are
surrounded by a rubber boot to minimize the accumulation of snow and ice.

Barb fittings, hose splicer and new bulkhead fittings
A variety of new fittings have been added to the catalog. A series of dual barb male fittings from ¼” to ¾” hose size are added. A hose splicer is included for hose size of 1/8” to ¾”. A bulkhead fitting- female to nylon tubing with 3/8” NPTF thread is included for ½” and 3/8” tube size.

Muffler, flat band and guillotine style hose clamps
Muffler heavy duty clamps and heavy duty guillotine clamps with round 3/8-16 U-bolt are zinc plated for corrosion protection. The flat band clamp is manufactured with a stainless steel band for corrosion protection. The clamp assembly consists of a stainless steel band with one spacer, two bolts and one reaction block pre-attached to band with one spacer and two nuts packaged with the band.

Anti-siphon tubes
Anti-siphon tubes are available to protect your fuel. The tube makes siphoning fuel impossible with a patented
aluminum extrusion in the tube. It is made of a durable design from 6061 aircraft aluminum tubing with a 0.065”
wall thickness. They are vented for fueling 20+ gallons per minutes. They are OEM approved design to fit almost every filler neck.

Air/Electrical and brass fitting POP racks
An air and electrical display rack and a separate brass fittings display rack are available.
They ship with an attractive laminated Velvac header. They are designed for flexibility in product sets with
bins accepting dividers with increase storage possibilities. The display is formed from 16-guage steel for strength
and stability. It is designed to hold up to 800 pounds. It is easy to assemble and comes with a Plan-O-Gram.

Four-sided generic carousel and wiper blade display
A four-sided, free standing carousel display is designed for durability and flexibility of display on four sides.
It has over 4500 sq.in. Display area that fits a small 24” sq. ft. print. A generic Velvac header allows for a
variety of Velvac products to be displayed. Overall dimensions 73” H x 24” W x 24” D, the Velvac header adds 12”
to the height. It ships complete with Velvac header, a variety of display hooks, Plan-O-Grams and installation instructions.
