RETURN PROCEDURE

(CUSTOMER ORDER, VELVAC ENTRY, SHIPPING, PACKAGING ISSUES) 

What can be returned:

•Returns of stock parts and build to order parts must be initiated within 60 days from date of invoice.

•Custom Part returns will not be accepted.

•One overstock return will be accepted per year, not to exceed 5% of the previous year’s total sales. Product cannot be returned in the month of December and must have been purchased in the last 12 months.

•A restock fee of 20% will be charged on returned stock parts and overstock parts. A 50% restock fee will be charged on build-to-order parts.

 

Returned Good Authorization:

•A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained in advance and accompany each return.

•Return requests, including warranty and overstock returns, can be obtained by contacting Velvac at orders@velvac.com. Indicate your initial Velvac invoice number with your request.

 

How to ship a returned product:

•All returns should be returned Prepaid Freight Ground to Velvac, Inc. at 2405 S. Calhoun Rd., New Berlin, WI 53151, except in the event of a Velvac error. (Please note that carrier damage is not the responsibility of Velvac. Claims for damage or loss must be filed by you against the carrier. Broken mirror glass is considered handling damage.)

•All packages must contain an itemized Packing Slip with corresponding RGA numbers.

•The RGA # must be clearly marked on the outside of your package to ensure proper processing (and crediting).

•All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging in a resalable condition. No used, dust-caked, unpackaged and/or obsolete parts will be accepted.
