Velvac Announces Settlement of Lawsuit with Rosco

New Berlin, WI, December 19, 2013 – Velvac, Inc., a leading manufacturer of components to the truck, bus, recreational and specialty vehicle industries, today announced a settlement with Rosco, Inc. ending a lawsuit between the two companies in the Federal Court for the District of Delaware involving patents owned by Rosco, Inc.
The patents in the lawsuit relate to automotive mirror mountings on the fenders of buses. The parties settled the lawsuit on mutually agreeable terms.
