Once your request has been reviewed, a Velvac representative will contact you with the status of your request and provide return instructions, including your RMA number if the return is approved.
Return Policy
Most approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all applicable return freight charges unless otherwise authorized by Velvac.
Returns must not be shipped until an RMA number has been issued.
RMA number must be clearly marked on packaging/ packing list.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
